JOINT RESOLUTION by Education Appropriations

Education; constitutional amendment to provide that every child deserves equal opportunity to obtain high quality educ., regardless of his or her family's income, religion, or race & to provide that students in pre-k through college who have disabilities or are economically disadvantaged, or meet other legislatively specified criteria, may participate, as provided by law, in educ. programs that include nonpublic schools, etc. Amends s. 8, Art. IX.
