Inspector General/Audit/State Agency; provides exemption from public-records requirements for audit work papers & reports held by inspector general of state agency in connection with active audit or investigation; specifies what constitutes active investigation; requires that person who is subject of complaint be provided copy of complaint & supporting documents, except as otherwise provided by law; provides for future review & repeal, etc. Amends 20.055.
