GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Community Behavioral Health Agencies; authorizes certain nonprofit community mental health or substance abuse providers to form self-insurance fund for certain purposes; requires certain funds to initially be organized & operate as commercial self-insurance fund for specified time; limits net economic damages per claim in certain tort actions brought against certain programs or facilities, etc. Creates 624.4624, 394.9085.
