GENERAL BILL by Baker
School Buildings/Youth Organizations; requires school boards to permit certain chartered or recognized youth organizations to use educational facilities; requires state, county, municipal, or local governmental entities & certain nongovernmental entities to permit such youth organizations to use public facilities in their control. Amends 1013.10; creates 255.044.
