SB 2338: Surviving Spouse/Veteran/Taxes

GENERAL BILL by Baker

Surviving Spouse/Veteran/Taxes; provides that unremarried surviving spouse of veteran who died from service-connected causes while on active duty or unremarried surviving spouse of disabled ex-service member may claim certain exemptions from taxation regardless of whether veteran or ex-service member was permanent resident of this state on January 1 of year of death. Amends 196.081,.24.
