GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Medicaid; amends specified provision to revise certain requirements of evaluation being conducted by OPPAGA of health care services provided for Medicaid recipients under managed care model; requires that evaluation include assessments of culturally competent quality of care by each eligibility category & managed care plan in pilot area sites.
