Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div.; requires each employee serving as law enforcement officer for said division to meet qualifications of said officer set forth in specified provision for employment or appointment; requires each such employee to be certified as said officer by FDLE; provides said officer with certain powers, authority, & jurisdiction; specifies primary & secondary responsibilities of law enforcement officers of division, etc. Amends 20.165, 561.422.
