GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos

DOACS/Sale of Raw Milk Products; requires that DOACS allow sale of raw milk & raw milk products in this state under certain conditions; establishes standards for sale of such products at retail & wholesale; requires persons selling or distributing raw milk to complete safety course; provides for filtering & labeling raw milk product prior to sale at wholesale; provides for discontinuation of production, distribution, or sale of such product upon certain findings by dept., etc.
