Prevention First Act/Health/Schools; creates said act; requires Health Secretary to develop & maintain certain information on family planning & resources on website of DOH; requires that website contain certain info. concerning family planning & health services; requires DOE to develop comprehensive family life & sexuality education plan; provides duties of licensed health care facilities & practitioners re treatment of rape survivors, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
