Tuition Rates/Colleges/Universities; requires students to pay 75 percent of actual cost per credit hour for credit hours in excess of specified number for community-college credits & for overall credits applied to baccalaureate degree; excludes certain credit hours from calculation as hours required to earn baccalaureate degree; provides for notification of students by postsecondary institution; provides applicability. Creates 1009.286.
