Natural Disaster Preparedness; requires Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to conduct study of costs associated with protecting & storing vital records & supplies in school during hurricane; requires local government to have procedure in its emergency management plan for evacuating certain residents before natural disaster; requires local government to test its evacuation plan annually, etc. Amends 252.355,.38; creates 455.2287.
