Forensic Services; designates act "Florida Forensic Service & Technical Training Act"; requires Criminal Justice Investigations & Forensic Science Program within FDLE, in consultation with nationally prominent partner, to provide training & technical assistance to state, local & other law enforcement agencies in matters of forensic science, assist crime laboratories in becoming accredited, etc. Amends 943.04.
