GENERAL BILL by Sebesta
Hurricane Shelters/Commercial Bldg.; requires public & private commercial buildings that are built after certain date & meet certain standards to be constructed according to design criteria published by American Red Cross in order to serve secondary purpose as hurricane evacuation shelter; prohibits building permit from being issued for construction project until design is certified to be in compliance with certain standards. Amends 252.385.
