Health Care Clinics; provides that entity that files annual affidavit with AHCA stating that it does not provide personal injury protection benefits is not defined as clinic for purposes of Health Care Clinic Act; provides that entity that provides services in conflict with such affidavit to agency commits felony of third degree. Amends 400.9905,.993.
