CS/SB 2526: Insurance Agents

GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Posey

Insurance Agents; provides additional requirements for applications for certain licenses; requires Financial Services Dept. to require designated examination centers to have certain equipment; deletes prohibition against dept. denying, delaying, or withholding approval of applications lacking criminal history report; requires examination applicants to personally take examination, etc. Amends Ch. 626. APPROPRIATION: $279,064.
