SB 2542: State Courts System
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
State Courts System; requires that person holding position in state courts system which is funded by county be employee of judicial circuit; requires that county be considered employer for certain purposes; requires county to provide benefits to employee of said system in same manner as benefits are provided to any other employee of county.
