Farm Labor Vehicles; revises definition of "migrant farm worker" to include seasonal farm workers; repeals provision re transportation of migrant farm workers; requires owners & operators of farm labor vehicles to conform such vehicles to certain standards; requires seat belts at each passenger position in certain vehicles; provides penalty; provides for disposition & use of proceeds from penalties imposed, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 318, 320, 322, 450.
