GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Enterprise Zone Incentives/Sales Tax; provides for exemption by refund from tax on sales, use, & other transactions of certain medical equipment or supplies purchased & used by certain health care facilities located in enterprise zones; provides duties of local governing body or enterprise zone development agency; requires DOR to deduct portion of refunds from amounts to be transferred into certain trust fund & deposit such amount into General Revenue Fund, etc. Amends 212.08, 290.0056.
