Ethics Commission/Public Records; creates exemption from public-records requirements for user I.D. & passwords held by Ethics Commission pursuant to specified provision; creates exemption from said requirements for statements, records, reports, & files stored in commission's electronic filing system pursuant to specified provision; provides for expiration of exemption & for future legislative review & repeal under OGSR Act; provides findings of public necessity. Creates 112.3153.
