Space Florida Act; revises purpose of Fla. Space Research Institute; provides for institute to serve as multi-university center for research & technology development; requires institute to submit plan to Board of Governors for its operation; provides for board to invite participation of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; provides for comanagement of Space Life Sciences Lab at John F. Kennedy Space Center, etc. Amends 331.368. APPROPRIATION: $11,000,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
