GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Posey
Public Officers/Disclosures; requires persons who file disclosure of financial interests, gifts, & honoraria with Commission on Ethics to do so electronically on filing system developed by commission; provides filing requirements; amends provision re disclosure of financial interests, & re disclosure of financial interests & clients represented before agencies to conform those sections to changes made by act, etc. Creates 112.3152; amends 112.3144,.3145.
