GENERAL BILL by Hill
Children's Health Insurance; directs DOH, in conjunction with DOE, DCFS, AHCA, Fla. Healthy Kids Corp., local governments, employers, & others to develop program concerning I.D. & referral of children to Fla. KidCare program; provides for reimbursement of certain physician & dental services under Medicaid program by AHCA; authorizes Fla. Healthy Kids Corp. to enter into contracts with local school boards or other agencies. Creates 409.8195; amends 409.908, 624.91.
