CS/SB 2682: Motor Vehicle Dealers

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Haridopolos

Motor Vehicle Dealers; exempts certain applicants for new franchised motor vehicle dealer license from certain training requirements; prohibits specified licensees from failing to pay certain compensation amounts to motor vehicle dealer after termination of dealer's franchise agreement; revises conditions under which opening or reopening of same or successor dealer within 12 months is not considered additional dealer subject to protest, etc. Amends Ch. 320.
