Custody of Criminal Defendents; provides that arrestees in custody of DOC at time of arrest be retained in department's custody pending disposition of charge or until expiration of arrestee's original sentence of imprisonment; requires application of specified provisions if arrested state prisoner's presence is required in court. Amends 907.04.
