Sales Tax/Gas-powered Generators; provides exemption for purchase of gas-powered generators by service stations for use in pumping gasoline during power outages caused by hurricanes; provides exemption for purchase of gas-powered generators by individuals for use in generating power for their respective homes & businesses during power outages caused by hurricanes; provides procedures for claiming exemption; provides for rulemaking by DOR. Amends 212.08.
