SB 2748: School Boards/Class Ring Vendors
GENERAL BILL by Atwater
School Boards/Class Ring Vendors; requires each district school board that selects vendor to market student class rings to select vendor that meets certain criteria; requires each said board to notify students & parents that purchase of class ring may be through any vendor marketing said rings & that student may participate in related ceremonies or activities regardless of vendor through which purchase was made. Amends 1003.02.
