Schools/Activities/Student Transport; allows students to wear sun-protective items while outdoors during school hours; requires each district school board that selects vendor to market student class rings to select vendor that meets certain criteria; requires said school boards to allow certain photographs to be included in student yearbooks; revises provisions for said school board transportation of students in vehicles other than school buses, etc. Amends FS.
