Peace Creek Drainage District/Polk; abolishes said district & transfers its powers, duties, functions, property, revenues, & indebtedness to Southwest Fla. Water Management District; amends charter of Lake Region Lakes Management District, as reenacted & amended by specified provision to redefine territorial boundaries of district; provides for referendum.
