GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Older Adults/Criminal Justice System; creates workgroup to study involvement of older adults in criminal justice system; requires workgroup to identify incidence of older adults experiencing deteriorating mental condition who come into contact with said system; requires each agency or organization that appoints member to workgroup to bear costs of member's participation; requires that Elderly Affairs Dept. report to Legislature by specified date, etc.
