GENERAL BILL by Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth

Driving/Boating Under the Influence; provides for applicability of sanctions; requires specified period of imprisonment for fourth or subsequent conviction of DUI; requires impoundment or immobilization of all vehicles owned by defendant for specified period; requires specified period of imprisonment for fourth or subsequent conviction of boating under the influence; prohibits substitution of treatment alternatives in certain circumstances, etc. Amends 316.193, 327.35.
