Travel-limited Life Insurance; cites act as "Freedom to Travel Act"; specifies prohibited activities by insurers for life insurance coverage re lawful travel experiences or plans; authorizes Financial Services Commission to adopt rules & provide certain limited exceptions based on emergency conditions & public policy; requires market conduct examinations of life insurers to include review of certain applications, etc. Amends 626.9541.
