Surcharge/Motor Vehicle Rental/Lease; provides for imposition by countywide referendum of additional surcharge on lease or rental of motor vehicle; provides procedures & requirements for imposing surcharge; provides for methodology for distribution of certain funds by DOR to certain counties; provides for proceeds of surcharge to be transferred to Local Option Fuel Tax Trust Fund and used for construction & maintenance of state roads, etc. Amends 212.0606.
