GENERAL BILL by Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth ; Sands

Gasoline Stations/Backup Power; requires each retail gasoline station that is newly constructed or substantially renovated on or after specified date to be equipped with backup power system or alternative pumping system so that station's fuel pumps may be operated in event of power outage; provides that act applies to gasoline station that is located on grounds of, or owned by, another retail establishment; provides certain exceptions & penalty. Creates 526.143.
