GENERAL BILL by Culp ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jordan ; Needelman

Juvenile Justice; authorizes disclosure of specified confidential juvenile records to private school principals; requires arresting authority to provide notice to said principals of specified juvenile offenders; permits court to find child in contempt of court for violation of adjudication order conditions; creates pilot program that authorizes specified courts to select commitment programs for juvenile delinquents, etc. Amends Ch. 985.
