GENERAL BILL by Brandenburg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Simmons

Sexual Offenders/Predators/Residency; redefines terms "permanent residence" & "temporary residence" in order to reduce number of consecutive days & days in aggregate which constitute residence of sexual predator for purposes of requirements that predator register with FDLE, sheriff's office, or DOC; specifies residency exclusions for said offenders or predators; preempts certain local ordinances; provides additional residency restrictions on certain offenders, etc. Amends FS.
