GENERAL BILL by Sobel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bucher ; Porth ; Roberson, Y ; Sands
Services for Seniors; authorizes each county to create independent special district to provide funding for services for seniors; clarifies that county may provide services for seniors or create special district to provide such services by general or special law; authorizes county to create dependent special district to provide certain services for seniors, etc. Creates 125.903; amends 189.404.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
