Community Residential Homes; revises, provides, & deletes definitions; requires sponsoring agency of community residential home to provide certain information & notification re siting requirements to local government under certain circumstances; provides for licensing agency to deny or nullify license to operate community residential home under certain circumstances. Amends 419.001.
