GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Saunders

Social Services; authorizes Agency for Persons with Disabilities to submit amendment to its original approved operating budget for certain purposes; deletes provisions requiring AHCA to make certain adjustments re home & community-based services; requires that Agency for Persons with Disabilities report quarterly to Governor & Legislature the financial status of home & community-based services provided under federally approved waiver, etc. Amends FS.
