Fla. Wild-Caught Food Shrimp; requires that, in addition to fee charged for saltwater products license, a resident individual, firm, or corporation engaged in commercial taking of said shrimp pay annual fee; requires that nonresident individual, firm, or corp. engaged in commercial taking of such shrimp pay certain fees in lieu of fee otherwise imposed for saltwater products license; requires deposit of fees into Fla. Wild-Caught Food Shrimp Economic Development TF, etc.
