DUI/Custody/First Appearance Hearing; requires that defendant charged with driving under influence be held in custody until first appearance hearing; requires specified investigation prior to & presentation of findings at such hearing; specifies factors to be considered in determining whether to grant pretrial release; prohibits release of defendant after first appearance hearing until specified conditions are met. Creates 316.19345.
