GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey
Medicaid Provider Fraud; redefines term "white collar crime" to include Medicaid provider fraud; provides minimum mandatory term of imprisonment for committing aggravated white collar crime involving Medicaid provider fraud or victimization of state or agency thereof; amends provision re Criminal Punishment Code to conform provisions to changes made by act. Amends 775.0844, 921.0022.
