Surgical First Assistants; provides procedures re certified surgical first assistants; establishes performance guidelines for supervising physicians & certified surgical first assistants; designates scope of section; establishes liability of supervising physicians; requires certain payments to said assistants or their employers by health insurance policies, health care services plans, or other contracts; provides limitations, etc. Creates 458.3465; amends 627.419, 641.30.
