GENERAL BILL by Ross
Ethics/Quasi-public Entity; revises definitions of terms "agency" & "corruptly"; applies provisions of code which prohibit doing business with one's agency, prohibit conflicting employment or contractual relationships, & limit permissible representations following termination of office or employment to officers & employees of quasi-public entities; provides specified penalties for quasi-public officers, former said officers, & agency employees, etc. Amends Ch. 112.
