GENERAL BILL by Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller

Drug Court Programs; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S114 & 444) cites act as "Robert J. Koch Drug Court Intervention Act"; provides additional legislative purposes & intent re treatment of substance abuse, including use of drug court program model; authorizes court to order specified persons to submit to substance abuse assessment upon showing of good cause in connection with shelter petition or petition for dependency, etc. Amends FS.
