Electrical/Alarm System Contractors; exempts individuals or entities that install or repair lightning rods & related systems from regulation under specified provision; revises definitions; provides additional requirements for registration as contractor; requires central monitoring stations to employ enhanced call verification methods under certain circumstances; exempts fire alarm systems from certain audible alarm requirements. Amends 489.503,.505,.513,.529,.530.
