Residential Tenancies/Violence; provides for early lease termination if victim of domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence elects to leave residential rental property; provides requirements for termination; provides circumstances under which dwelling unit may be considered abandoned; provides that provisions of specified provision may not be waived or modified; provides applicability, etc. Creates 83.683.
