PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Health Care

Personal ID Information/DOH/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying info., bank account numbers, & debit, charge, & credit card numbers contained in certain records held by DOH which relate to individual's personal health or eligibility for health services; excludes bank account numbers & debit, charge, & credit card numbers contained in such records from exemption; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 119.0712.
