GENERAL BILL by Stargel
Resale of Tickets; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6003) revises terminology; increases maximum amount above retail price for which specified tickets may be resold without violating statute; provides exception to criminal penalty for resale of certain admission tickets for resales made through credit card or other electronic payment mechanism that offers reimbursement for fraud, misrepresentation, or nonperformance, etc. Amends 817.36, 559.9335.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
