Suicide Prevention; creates Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention in Drug Control Office; authorizes Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention to seek & accept grants or funds from any source to support its operation; creates Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council within Drug Control Office; creates interagency workgroup for state agencies within council in order to coordinate state agency plans for suicide prevention, etc. Creates 397.3335,.3336. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
