JOINT RESOLUTION by Judiciary ; Fasano
Pledge of Allegiance/Public Schools; constitutional amendment to require daily recital of pledge of allegiance to American flag in public schools of this state, to provide for student to be excused from reciting pledge upon written request by student's parent or guardian, & to provide protocol for showing respect during recital. Amends s. 1, Art. IX.
